Train like you would fight! Whether an experienced Jiu Jitsu veteran or a complete novice with no experience; learning how to grapple in your every day clothing is an exceptional way to prepare yourself for a real life altercation. Join members of your community for a 30 minute intro to Jiu Jitsu covering the most common positions and techniques followed by two hours of open mat style rolling. The first hour will be in winter clothing (hoodies, long pants, jackets, etc.) and the second hour will be stripping down to summer clothing (shorts, t-shirts, tanktops, etc.).
